From 1 800 applicants 25 artists were chosen for the shortlist. The focus of the award lies on the combination of innovative and experimental approaches of materials and new artistic expressions.

04-05/12 ARTIST IN RESIDENCE AT NAC
This spring my studio activity will take place at NIDA ART COLONY (NAC) in Lithuania.
Nida Art Colony or NAC is a new subdivision of the Vilnius Academy of Arts.
The overall objective of the NAC project is to improve the quality of art and design education in Lithuania and to implement innovations in the field of art education by promoting international cooperation. By launching the Nida Artist-in-residence Programme NAC also aims to create favourable conditions for creative contemporary art practices.
